Selling terms and conditions

These terms apply when you enable selling and create listings on AcquIra.

1. You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.
2. Listings must comply with South African law and must not offer prohibited goods.
3. AcquIra may review, suspend, or remove listings that violate marketplace policies.
4. Payments for sold items are subject to AcquIra and partner approval processes.
5. You agree to fulfil orders promptly and communicate honestly with buyers.
6. AcquIra may update these seller terms from time to time. Continued selling after updates constitutes acceptance.
